A private session is a great opportunity to work on your own individual issues and needs. However, the session is not a substitute for medical treatment.
To prepare for the session all you need to do is decide what aspect of your life you would like to change or what your goal is for the session. For example, do you want better mental and emotional health? More prosperity? A supportive partner? You can also ask yourself "if you could change or improve any aspect of your life, what would it be? From a physical perspective make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. If you choose to do a session over the phone, make sure you are in a quiet place so that you are not distracted during your consultation. It is also essential that you drink water before, during and after the session to improve and facilitate the process.
The session is 30 minutes by appointment.
